Ordered 3 pizzas, and not only was one a completely incorrect pizza, the others were not cooked properly. The base was thin, tough and uncooked and the edges were tough and almost seemed stale. I called to complain,and apparently we can have a free one next time.. No offer of refund of £45 for inedible food.

A little kate on delivery but expected I only ever have 2 issues ...please make it so the pizzas for kids we plain Margherita...th it's no options for this they are autistic and don't like any other topping I shouldn't have to write notes or call th restaurant ...and as much as I love th food here ..the chicken shish is always dry so I'll not be ordering the kebabs anymore the lamb shish is also dry compared to closer places ...th restaurant or the food chips pizza garlic and chilli sauce is better than the closer ones so I'd rather go her as it's my children's favourites I'll just have to eat out the fridge or freezer for my own food ..the communication is really good they actually read the notes where as others don't and another my food in tomato when I have an allergy meaning I can't eat it and has to be thrown away ...8 /10 for me personally .

Salad was frozen so couldn’t eat it.

I love this restaurant. Great food and great staff. However, I asked for a delivery at 18:50 and the food turned up at 17:10. Luckily I was home, but I would've preferred to have it when I asked for it. I bet you wouldn't have expected a complaint about it being too early. I'd still order again, as it's my favourite kebab shop.

The food was very nice but I'd asked for salad in my wrap and got very little salad. It was just chicken strips in the wrap and maybe 2 chunks of tomato. I added my own lettuce and mayo

Pizzas are really good. A little tight on the amount of toppings on the pizza though.

Ordered our food to arrive at 1600hrs. The food arrived 1430hrs, sauces weren't provided as requested. Why ask what time you want it if your going to send it when you want. Next time if we do order from you will only order for collection when we want. Most of the food was wasted because the order wasn't right and the food arrived an hour and a half early
